Update on shipping to USA : All shipments to the USA will now incur US Government Fees (import fees, duties, tariffs) which will be collected at checkout.
The US Government Fees will be collected by PG Classic during checkout and will be paid directly to US Customs. There will be no additional charges to you upon delivery* - all other fees related to your shipment will be paid by PG Classic.

SHIPPING POLICY AND HOW WE SHIP:
All orders are shipped by Ground service unless another service is selected. UPS and FedEx require a physical street address to ship and do not deliver to P.O. Box. Canada Post will be used by default to PO Box addresses and may result in longer shipping times. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included in estimated delivery times. All orders will ship within 5 business days from the date of payment unless back ordered, special order or noted otherwise.
Ground Delivery - Freight costs are based on weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater, and final shipment destination. Delivery time within the Continental U.S.A. and Canada is from 5 to 12 business days depending on the distance of the shipment destination from the warehouse in which the package shipped from.
Ground delivery to the USA will incur brokerage charges of approximately $40-60. This charge is waived in Expedited or Express parcels. The brokerage charge is the fee UPS collects to do the paperwork and declare your package to US Customs upon import.
International orders may be shipped via 3 shipping carriers; UPS, DHL, FedEx. All shipments must be made to a physical address. Orders placed without a physical address will be held for up to 15 business days. If we are unable to contact you, a refund will be made and your order will be cancelled. For international customers, we will not be held responsible for any duties that may be charged upon delivery. Any shipments that have been denied or sent back to us will either incur a 20% restocking fee, or the customer will be responsible for any further shipping charges to have the package shipped out again. International orders will ship within 5 business days from the date of payment unless noted otherwise.
International Delivery - Freight costs are based on weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater, and final shipment destination. Delivery time can range from 10-15 business days depending on distance from the warehouse that shipped the order. In special cases, some orders may take up to 21 business days before being delivered.
Any packages that are refused and sent back to us will have any associated return fees subtracted from the refund. Return fees can include, but are not limited to, return shipping cost, import duties/tariffs, brokerage fees.
Upon receiving your package, please make always open and check the parts immediately. If you are not 100% satisfied with a part, you can return the part within 180 days for full refund, exchange for the same part, or if after 180 days the part may be returned for a store credit. Any product sent back to us must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.
