USA: all in stock items will ship next business day with an active tracking number being provided within 24H. Delivery times range from 2-4 business days. Customs delays may occur and are out of our control, but we work closely with our customs team to ensure any issues are solved within 24H.

Canada: all in stock items will ship next business day with an active tracking number being provided within 24H

International: all in stock items will ship next business day with active tracking number being provided within 24H. On rare occasions we may ship a product or your entire order from our International Warehouse located in China. This may happen due to a product backorder or for a quicker shipping turnaround. Shipments are all sent via UPS and tracking numbers will be provided.

What is your return/exchange policy?

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

If your item was damaged during transit please contact us as soon as the damage was noticed. In most cases we will simply send you out a replacement item, but the time frame for a replacement will differ for back-ordered or special order items. If we are unable to replace the damaged item you will receive a 100% refund.

Upon receiving your package, please make always open and check the parts immediately. If you are not 100% satisfied with a part, you can return the part within 180 days for full refund, exchange for another part, or if after 180 days the part may be returned for a store credit. Any product sent back to us must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.

Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

In most cases a return label or similar will be supplied to the customer for return or exchange of their product.
