When will my order ship?

USA: We ship US bound packages once per week. This is to reduce import fees to our customers. Tracking will not update until your package clears customs and is handed of to FedEx on the US side. Total time to clear customs is 2-4 business days and transit time after can be 1-5 business days depending on your distance from NY.

Canada & International: all in stock items will ship next business day with an active tracking number being provided within 48H

What is your return/exchange policy?

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

If your item was damaged during transit please contact us as soon as the damage was noticed. In most cases we will simply send you out a replacement item, but the time frame for a replacement will differ for back-ordered or special order items. If we are unable to replace the damaged item you will receive a 100% refund.

United States

• Customs Clearance : 2-4 Business Days
• Delivery Time : 1-5 Business Days after Customs Clearance

International

• Expedited : 5-14 Business
• Post Office Air (At request only) : 18-26 Business Days

Upon receiving your package, please make always open and check the parts immediately. If you are not 100% satisfied with a part, you can return the part within 180 days for full refund, exchange for another part, or if after 180 days the part may be returned for a store credit. Any product sent back to us must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.

Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

In most cases a return label or similar will be supplied to the customer for return or exchange of their product.
