Upon receiving your package, please make always open and check the parts immediately. If you are not 100% satisfied with a part, you can return the part within 30 days for full refund, exchange for the same part, or if after 30 days the part may be returned for a store credit. Any product sent back to us must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.

Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for freight on all returned items. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer. All returned items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if return was received over 30 days after date of receiving. Returns require a RMA number and returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by PG Classic. Special Order items are not returnable. Parts or items that have been modified in anyway, shape or form, are not returnable.
