Is this item in stock?
Items on back order will be listed as on Pre-Order. However due to our rapidly changing stock levels on some products, the quantity update may be delayed. To be certain if this item is in stock please give us a call or send us an email
When will my order ship?
All in stock items will ship next business day. If your order contains both in stock and back-ordered items, we will ship the stock items first at no extra cost.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We allow for up to 180 days for return or exchange of an item as long as it has not been damaged, installed or altered in any way. For a full breakdown of our return policies please see Return and Exchanges
What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged during transit please contact us as soon as the damage was noticed. In most cases we will simply send you out a replacement item, but the time frame for a replacement will differ for back-ordered or special order items. If we are unable to replace the damaged item you will receive a 100% refund.

To send this gift card to a recipient please select "I want to send this as a gift" and fill out the form listed.
If the gift option is not selected the e-Gift card will be emailed to the email provided during checkout and can then be forwarded to the recipient or printed and gifted physically.
The full gift card code is required to apply to orders.
Gift cards may only be used for online purchases. To use the gift card balance on a telephone order, the order total must exceed the remaining balance on the card
Please keep the original email as there is a link to check the gift card balance. If the original email is lost, the last 4 digits of the gift card code are required to check the balance*
Gift cards may be used online at any time and have no expiry date.
If you wish to purchase a gift card for an amount not listed, please give us a call and a customer service representative will assist you.
*if the last 4 digits of the gift card code are not able to be presented PG Classic reserves the right to not honor the gift card amount due to being unable to verify current value
